Ain't My Baby.

I made a mistake and I’m sorry.

I was wrong.. and it’s hardly enough just to say the words.

I misled, I regret it.

And she won’t forget it..

I’m just a fool.. I’ll admit that I am.

And who’s laughing now?

I heard she found somebody new to give her heart to.

I wore a crown..

.. traded it in for a permanent frown cuz’ my baby..

Ain’t my baby no more.

We're slow dancin' in a burning room

"Slow Dancing In A Burning Room"

It's not a silly little moment,
It's not the storm before the calm.
This is the deep and dying breath of
This love that we've been working on.

Can't seem to hold you like I want to
So I can feel you in my arms.
Nobody's gonna come and save you,
We pulled too many false alarms.

We're going down,
And you can see it too.
We're going down,
And you know that we're doomed.
My dear,
We're slow dancing in a burning room.

Enjoy :]

One touch and I’m hooked and I am drowning
One look and I’m lost inside your eyes
Excuse me, I don't mean to be staring
But I’ve forgotten all my lines

I was gonna say, "Hey, you're looking fine today
Not that I’ve only noticed now."
I was gonna say, "Hey, you think there is a way
That I could get you to stay for a while."

For a little while…

I’m trying articulate and failing
My words just aren't cooperating
“Breathe deeply,” I’m trying to tell myself, but
My heart won't slow 'cause of you

I was gonna say, "Hey, you're looking fine today
Not that I’ve only noticed now."
I was gonna say, "Hey, you think there is a way
That I could get you to stay."

I tried it once or twice, not looking in your eyes
But that's impossible, sorry
This feeling's so brand new, I wanna speak to you, but
I was never good at impromptu.

Trying to enjoy jobweek :]

05th & 34th Combined Meeting

A week ago, I was suddenly assigned as the in-charge for the Combined Meeting with SMK Green Road, I was given only a week to prepare which is a huge rush (with the PASCA PMR nonsense in the way).

It was quite a pleasure to be able to work with the Greenian scouts. They are a very cheery bunch. Over-cheery. I also met Ryan Poh. The funny guy that has a big face!

The Greenian Committee (from the left to right): Jessie Sim, and the rest i think something something na na na.

It was a gloomy Saturday afternoon. The weather didn't look totally awesome, but it was cooling nontheless. Perfect.

It was my first combine meeting experience and I had to say it was quite a let down not to be able to BE in it as a member as opposed to being a committee. But that's the cycle right? You get your fair share's of hehe haha's and boom, no more. Being a committee does have its PERKS though. *hint garbage throwing*

The whole thing started off with the Flag Breaking ceremony which is albeit different from ours, of which we followed nontheless. Stephen did a great job adapting to their culture!

After that was the Icebreaking ceremony.(why do I keep using the word CEREMONY) Which was kind of NEW to us. ABC game or the Mok Game. Which was just so-so in my opinion.

Notice the level of bonding we have achieved!

Followed by the Station Games! Which we were incharge of. By now, I was having quite an episode with my stomach. I felt nausea which was caused after eating the RM2 Kolo mee and chicken rice. It made me quite lolo and feeling funny!

I dont know about you, but Tania and Daniel looks like they are having an affair :P

We tried our best to add a little 05kch flavour into our games, which was quite amusing. It ended up with funny results. Pichah time!

Ahhh! The ironic thing is that she is the casualty. Note the smiles!

"Bring it!"

The square game! It's quite disturbing when you think where the people are looking at.

PWNT! Nuff said...

911!!!

We also got a taste of humble Greenian games at the Combined Games section of the meeting(of which I'm oh-so-terrible at). Games like British Bulldog and Raid Rover. Useable!

After the Flag Down ceremony and prize giving to the winner's of the Modern Cooking competition, which they did quite deliciously....

CLEANING UP! Im the least enthusiastic about this one.

Ah, this session got jessie exploding! Jessie, who was the most "unique" person I met throughout this whole ordeal. I have never met a more loud-mouthed, crazy and sot mutually-aged girl before. Which reminds me! Happy Early Birthday to the loud-mouthed Jessie!

Our present for you! The hunky Desmond Ong as a token and birthday present! "The media" like this!

My highlight of the whole meeting? Well, it'd have to be bonding with a scout group which trancendant quality equals more or less to ours. HL hearts bonding!

Like to thank all the committee's of this that made this possible and also congratulations to the winner's of the Modern Cooking thingy.

Up for another one?

Post-Exam Madness

It's been a week since exams have ended and almost one more week until the holidays. Currently, it's that transition period from SCHOOL TIME to HOLIDAY TIME!

As you can see, we still need to go to school. The holiday part? Everybody ain't giving two hoots about the teacher screaming. The school part? We're in school uniform.

[picture removed due to unseen circumstance]

I know I really shouldn't post this if i know what is good for me, but im gonna post it anyways!

PS. Don't pinch me jun min
PPS. Vote who got the crazier picture!
PPS. Sorry about the late post Claudia!

Carvery

Ok, exams just ended. So a few of us buds wanna try out some fine dining at The Carvery.

Definition time. CARVERY isnt jsut fancy name for the restaurant. But this.

A carvery is a restaurant where cooked meat is freshly sliced to order for
customers, sometimes offering unlimited servings for a fixed price. A
carvery is a restaurant where cooked meat is freshly sliced to order for
customers, sometimes offering unlimited servings for a fixed price. The term
is most commonly used in the United Kingdom and Ireland, but is also found
in the United States.

COOL. We just had an authentic CARVERY meal. The place is located at some place around Pending. Credits to Eileen Tay who suggested the place and took me and jun min there!

The place was quite cozy. Very classy feel. It feels rather, western-y. Guess that's what you will get if you pay RM48 for a meal here. We arrived KINDA late so everybody was already digging in.

I wanna fully credit this btw. THEY HAVE AWESOME MUSHROOM SOUP! Mad love for the mushroom soup! :D
Some say its worth fighting for......

....while some say it is worth dying for!

It is a really new experience for me, with people serving small portions of all forms of MEAT, Sirloins, Tenderloins, smoked-this-part-of-a-lamb/beef/chicken/testicle. Which at first made me go "wtf. so small portains!?" That changed my mine when we almost finish the meal. I was KINDA bloated.

Mr. Chua (Mr-i-ate-20-mussels-that-night-woohoo) and Ms Ho (Ms-i-touch-my-ass-before-saying-anything)

This is Jun Min. The typical picky girl that you will meet at some point of your life. Funny thing is, she doesn't approve of us drinking...

...and BOTH of us ended up drinking the most! *adds drunken laughter and hysterical stare*

Jason came too! Missed the guy. Desmond looks damn wrong here.

RM 520 for 9 people. Long-long-one-time. Not bad! Good company, good food, what's there to ask for :]

....learning johncmayer's Neon!
